We only collect the data you send us through the contact form: your name, email, club / company, website (optional), project type and message. No data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request and to get back to you. The legal basis for processing is your consent (the form checkbox), which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to Luc Del Beato and Bruno Della Mattia, within APTEKAA. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not transferred outside the European Union.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship, and for no more than 3 years after our last contact.
