Before

Before The Booking Duo, Dynamo ran its booking through ZingFit: a dated iframe widget with a frozen design, a world away from the energy of their studios.

The problem

There was no way to add bike selection, installment payments or credits that follow the member from one studio to the next — across a network spanning a dozen cities.

Our answer

We rebuilt the entire booking layer in their brand, plugged into their Mindbody account: pick-a-spot to choose your bike, pay-in-3-4 with Alma, no-code packs and memberships, and cross-site credits across every studio.

The result

Dynamo’s booking now runs in production across the whole network, in a fast interface fully in their brand — the customer never leaves their world, from schedule to receipt.

Before

RIISE wanted a booking experience worthy of its premium low-impact positioning. The original iframe could neither let members pick their reformer spot nor offer an on-brand member area.

The problem

On reformer, the spot matters as much as the class: without a room map, the experience broke right before converting.

Our answer

We built reformer pick-a-spot — members choose their station like a cinema seat —, filters by class type and studio, a member area with membership management, and transactional emails in the RIISE brand.

The result

Live across a dozen studios, members book their reformer and manage their memberships on their own: the front desk breathes, and the experience stays premium end to end.

Before

Like the group’s other brands, Punch started from a ZingFit iframe booking — unengaging and impossible to evolve.

The problem

Group boxing and HIIT: they needed to fill classes, build loyalty, and unlock acquisition levers the standard widget didn’t allow.

Our answer

We shipped on-brand group-class booking with gift cards, session packs and a turnkey referral program — all plugged into their Mindbody.

The result

Punch now runs an autonomous booking experience in Marseille and Paris (Annecy in the works), with marketing levers — referral, gift cards — the iframe had ruled out.
